The animators are really good dancers,the food is good,nothing really bothered us,the room is pretty big and very clean

Viva Tangerine has been wonderful! The staff, the people, the culture! It’s a beautiful resort! I’d come here again. Please give a big high five to Nordy, Emanuel, have been great at the bar, they even remember my daughters drinks! Winnie has been wonderful serving Breakfast! I wish I could remember more! They were all fantastic and tentative.

We stayed at Viva Tangerine for a week and the end of February into March 2025. (4 people 2 rooms) Entertainment 10/5. I don’t even know where to start with the entertainment staff. Not only did they do their job but they went over and beyond our expectations to make our stay worth it all. We joined in almost all the events such as darts, bocce ball, water Zumba, bingo, karaoke, dance lessons, all their crazy random games. Yung King, Nutella, Sombra and Camila were an absolute blast! Even on their day off, they come to hangout with us at the beach. Every night we went to the night shows and they were all amazing! Let just say we would go back to this resort solely for the entertainment. Rooms 4/5. They were okay, nothing special but for how little time we spent in them, worked well. Our room had no coffee maker (didn’t matter to us… we don’t drink coffee) and a mini fridge which was a bonus. Food 3/5. It was not horrible but not great. We found some items that we enjoyed at each meal. Snack bar was okay. You can’t be too picky when it’s buffet. We did not each at any of the À la carte restaurants as we heard they weren’t good and we were fine with buffet. Bar/Booze 4/5. Be prepared to wait in line for a drink. The line moves quick but there’s always a line. Drinks are strong. We had ice in all our drinks and didn’t get sick. Bar doesn’t open until 10am and closed around 1am. **Tip** grab a drink before you go to bed and put in the mini fridge that way when you get up you still have a cold drink Pool 5/5. Pool was great (cold but refreshing) only 1 pool for the resort. The other pool was a ‘members’ pool. We used small pool floaties but when the pool is busy there isn’t much room for everyone to have a floatie. Not many chairs and/or shade so chairs in the shade are gone first thing in the morning Beach 5/5. Beach was amazing. Super windy some days but we were able to enjoy watching the kite surfing. Water was super refreshing. Lots of shells to look at. We walked down the beach almost everyday and it’s a good walk. There are boards you can rent down by the beach. Staff there were amazing! Excursion 4/5. We did scuba diving which was 5/5. Amazing experience! We are did the buggy’s and monkey land. We were told it would be about an hour drive 1 way. We ended up being on the bus for 3 hours 1 way. Got to the buggy’s and we were only on for 35 minutes. They then bussed us 30 minutes to money land. The monkeys were amazing!!! Adorable and friendly. We ate lunch here too which wasn’t horrible. And then bussed 3 hours back. When we got back to the resort we asked about the bus ride to then find out that monkey land was only 25 minute drive from the resort. Needless to say we were pissed to have spent 6 hours on a bus… and for the price we paid… All in all we had a great time. Keep in mind you get what you pay for. Cheap resort, cheap quality but if you can put that aside you will have fun!

We had an incredible week at viva Tangerine celebrating our wedding ceremony with around 40 guests. Kelvin went out of his way to make sure our stay and wedding was the best vacation we have had to date. The hotels housekeeping did amazing decorating our room and making us feel so special. We had a great experience with the hotels photographer, videographer, Dj and restaurant staff. We are beyond blessed to have had such an amazing experience at Viva Tangerine with our loved ones. If you’re looking to have a destination wedding, do it. It was beyond what we had planned and imagined. Thank you Viva Tangerine staff so much for everything!

Patricia was our favorite resort employee!! . She served us every day that we came for breakfast and lunch always very personable and always good to make a run to get an espresso from the bar for breakfast, but she didn’t have to do but did with a smile on her face. Always very friendly always with a big smile on her face pleasure to be around. Thank you, Patricia and all the other staff at the Vida tangerine Wyndham.❤️
