Great hotel, small, not exclusive, but lovely vibe, great drinks, and what made us come back year after year: the friendly staff, that makes the stay relaxed. No strict rules. Family vibe. Close to everything as well. Portals. Illetes beach and lagunas close to. And easy access to Palma.

First, the positives: we received a friendly welcome and were immediately offered a welcome drink. We found the staff very friendly. Our request to change rooms was immediately granted. The breakfast was also good, with a good selection and delicious food. However, we think the hotel needs renovations. Our first room was tiny, especially the bathroom. Because the glass wall in the shower was much too small, the bathroom flooded afterwards. Our second room was larger and, thanks to its location away from the street, less noisy at night. However, there was also a leak in the entire bathroom that flooded after showering. There are far too few electrical outlets in the room, and you sometimes have to carry your suitcases up a narrow staircase to the third floor, as there is no elevator. The cushions by the pool are yellowed and do not invite you to linger. You had to proactively approach the staff in the morning to get a coffee. Conclusion: It was okay, since we rarely used the room anyway. However, for the price, we expected more and we probably wouldn't come again. It's a shame because we liked the style itself.
