The houskeeping is awful. No hand soap, No Kleenax, No cups for coffee, dirty under sink, long hair on night stand, most important, there bathrooms are not for the handicap, even thought we were told when we made the reservations, there are NO grab bars around the toilet. How does one get up and down? Room 103 I will put this on every site I can, I have pictures

Management do better
I have never wrote a review so extensive in my entire existence. This location has potential however, this hotel is NOT worth the visit. The room was not clean. Start off with the bed. It was hard with the sheets and covers smelling like an old ass man. The initial towel count was one wash cloth and one bath towel. I went down to get more towels and it’s time to replace them. The towels are not clean.
Rebranding also requires improving business operations to accommodate the new brand. Corporate do your job and evaluate this property. To the brand and standard you are trying to implement.
Furthermore, the overnight staff is not attentive. Attitude gotta go. You are in hospitality. In this case this hotel should consider an autonomous route if customer service satisfaction is a problem. I requested for different bedding and the text feature of accommodation doesn’t work.
The halls are smelly and disgusting. The entire hotel needs a deep clean. The breakfast is not like other properties I have been in. There were flies near the food and the food looks very displeasing.

Do not stay here!
Terrible! We were there not even 5 minutes and left. Dirty, stains all over, bed not even changed from previous family, BUGS!

They said all rooms were handicap accessible, this is NOT true, see picture 1. NO Kleenex in room 2. NO cups for coffee or drinks 3. NO hand soap 4. dirt under sink 5. long hair on night stand 6. bathroom light crooked 7. dust bad on light next to bed

The lay out bed couch had mold on it. We had to check on on the same day we arrive. Too many issues

The carpet on the 2nd floor had SEVERAL VERY LARGE stains; when I asked for a wash cloth it had TWO hairs on it (one very long; one shorter)-the Desk Clerk said it had just come out of the dryer-NO WAY-so I went and bought my own wash cloths a short distance away at Wal-Mart; the sheet on the sofa was dirty-it had NOT been changed.
The children in the room above me were stomping in the room.
One night, the person in the room next to me had their TV turned up extremely loud ALL night.
The sink basin in my room was loose.
The Staff persons were nice.
The Hotel needs MANY, MANY upgrades!!!

Don't Stay
The hotel needs a lot of up keep. It took me 3 rooms to be satisfied with the comfort of the room. I was not satisfied with the price I pay for 4 nights in a hotel that was not clean. I was there 4 night and no on came to clean the room. They only had bath towel not wash cloth. I had to ask for my bath towel and bring the old one down stair to get new ones. One day and night I had to use the stairs, the elevator was out. The only thing was good was the breakfast.

The check in staff was very pleasant. She moved my room as the original room had animal hair all over the floors and furniture. The same lady was nice to change our towels the 2nd day as nobody brought us fresh towels after we turned in the dirty ones. The same lady didn't mind reprogramming our keycards 2x and walk to our room to ensure they worked after the 3rd time of me going to report they didn't work.
