Hotel location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the subway station, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, many rankings are quite high, it is worth trying. We stayed on the 6th floor, the elevator only went to the 5th floor, and we had to go up another staircase. The hotel didn't have a concierge to help with the luggage. This is not very friendly.

This area is very convenient and the surrounding old houses and apartments are not cheap. They are often full. Apartment No. 44 is 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The hotel service is very good, the facilities in the room are very complete, almost everything you can think of is provided, very convenient, in such an old building converted into a hotel, it is almost a perfect experience. Mansley refers to their properties as ”managed apartments”. There is no on site staff, you check in online and get a single code that gets you into the building, your room, and the parking. They are very attentive during the stay to make sure you know that if you need anything they are a phone call away. I absolutely love this concept! The property itself appears to have been recently renovated and in immaculate condition. The room was stunning. You walk into a living room area with kitchen with soaring 2 story ceilings. The bedroom is an upstairs loft with king size bed. Towels, linens, mattress, coffee service, etc. are all top of the line. The location can't be beat. Right in the heart of town center with everything you could possible need a short walk away. They have a secure parking lot right next to the property as well. I have stayed at all of the trendy hotels in Cheltenham. This is by far my favorite. Won't stay anywhere else when in Cheltenham. Can't wait to try another Mansley property.

The room was quiet, but it just looked beautiful. The ice in the freezer grid of the first choice was fluttered out, and the refrigerator door could not be closed due to failure to clean it in time. The coffee machine is bad, the shower is standing in the bathtub, so the hair is not easy to clean, so the water is very, very slow, and it is impossible to take a bath normally. The most scary thing was that I not only left a message on the APP that night, but I also told the front desk the next day when I went out, but when we returned to the room, everything was as usual, and even the towels were not changed, indicating that no one had cleaned it today.
