Siłowanie z zamkiem w drzwiach wejściowych. powitał nas brzydki zapach w całym mieszkaniu pochodzący z odpływu w zlewozmywaku. Zniszczone meble, przeciekające kabina prysznicowa (nie mieliśmy się w co wytrzeć, bo wszystkie ręczniki musiały zostać zużyte do tamowania przecieku i zapobiegania zalania mieszkania), uszkodzona spłuczka, obite lustra i ściany, grzyb wokół zlewu w łazience, rozpadające się szafki w łazience (wypadające szuflady). Zdecydowanie cena kompletnie nieadekwatna do standardu mieszkania. Opis mieszkania na stronie wprowadza klienta w błąd. Dotyczy to zarówno standardu jak i zdjęć. Opisywany zestaw do parzenia kawy to stary kółkowy ekspres i dwie kapsułki niepasujące do niego.

We booked a deluxe apartment for 2 nights at nordic haven. When we got here we got no keys in the letter box as told us. Gave us a different key for a different apartment after because they apparently can't find the key. Soon as we get in the apartment it smelt completely like a sewage. Photos on *********** was completely different. On the website it had a river view, coffee machine. But we had no views, no coffee machine. Not even toilet paper, sachet of coffee, shampoo, not even a soap. We complaint it to the manager (jacob) he side he will sort it out but then he turned his phone off so we couldn't reach him. Then rung booking. Com few times to get it sorted but booking. Com wants us to contact the manager but his phone is turned off even booking. Com can't contact the person. It was shocking from booking. Com end they take no responsibility at all. Do not recommend this apartment or the Manger at all. Eventually when we got to warsaw after getting nothing sorted in bydgoszcz. We had to wash all our clothes etc. Because everything smells sewage it was the biggest ever rope off we came across. We have been traveling for 20 years now. This was the biggest ever scam I should say. Check attached photos of the dirty pillows, broken toilet button, view (river view)
