A villa run by an Italian? As other people have said in their reviews, it was better than I expected, and I didn't want to leave. There is a delicious restaurant run by the owner's French friend within walking distance, and it's 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Paje Beach, which was more convenient than I thought. If you ask the staff or whatsapp them, they will bring you wine, beer, etc. from outside. I highly recommend it. If you make a reservation, it might be more convenient to get a room next to the sea.
