Without request Friendly , informative and genuinely wanting us to enjoy the experience at the guest house and Buxton in general Room comfortable and quiet. Exceptionally clean Hot powerful shower Great location 10 minute walk into the centre Fantastic breakfast. Not only cooked and very tasty but choices of cereals, yoghurts and a fantastic large fruit dish along with lashings of toast and hot coffee. A definite must at great value over more expensively priced hotels if you are visiting Buxton

The temperature of the pool is not very high, but it is not cold. The temperature of the spa pool in the room is OK. But not too high. The hot springs and breakfast are very convenient in the room rate, and the spa and pool are also used casually during the stay, which is very comfortable.
