The property was beautiful and staff was great. The room was very nice and view of the ocean to die for.
The parking was a real issue for us, we got stuck both times we pulled in and out of the property. Hopefully the property owners will invest in something to clear the sand that blows in.

My husband and I stayed in building C the first night on the 3rd floor. We found the rooms clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach , could not get any closer with out being right in it. Gorgeous views. We would hope to get this room again . The restaurant is right across the street and oh so good. The shrimp and grits appetizer was delish as was the fish and shrimp dinners. Breakfast was delicious, great presentation and friendly staff. Our reservations were last minute so we had to move downstairs to bldg D the second night on the ground floor in front of dune, didn't like this as much at "c"bldg, it was clean and had everything we needed, but being on ground floor was noisier with people over head getting up very early and hearing every footstep. We will go back definitely though, just not stay downstairs. Very friendly area.

The floor in our room was gritty with sand. It had not been cleaned adequately. Check in was fine. The staff were very friendly. I loved being in a motel on the beach.

Excellent!
Excellent. Maybe a little but dated, but Very clean, very nice check-in. Location is amazing if you’re in it for the beach. Unparalled views out of buildings A, B, C
