缺點一、第一個房間沒有熱水，打電話給前台以後説這個房間熱水很小，讓我們換一間房（按道理這種情況應該是前台拿新的房卡來，讓我們收拾好換房，我自己收拾好東西下樓到一樓換房卡，前台兩個人在那裡吹牛）。
缺點二、換了一個房間後，睡覺發現衞生間外面的燈無法關閉，前台告知是聲控，我也強調沒有聲音，燈也不熄滅。前台不理會，再打電話，前台直接掛掉，凌晨實在影響休息，用平台的號打了，並且錄了音，老闆親自來把燈接頭擰斷了才熄滅的（圖1是打前台的電話，圖2是通過平台打的電話，圖6是有時間的）。
缺點三、隔音效果不好，本來是隔音玻璃，結果不知道什麼原因，玻璃壞掉了一層，隔音效果很差（圖3）。二樓是KTV，晚上很吵。旁邊有個學校，七點多就開始響鈴，也不安靜。
缺點四、洗漱台有牙膏、牙刷，可惜沒有漱口杯。
缺點五、電梯屏幕不顯示，都不知道到底到了幾樓。
優點：空調製熱效果確實好，有自己的地下停車場。

房間地板有點臟，隔音效果不好，空調也不是很熱，被子還行有點乾淨，衞生間裏面的浴巾都破了，不是很乾凈，
