I absolutely love this place, especially their complimentary breakfast. It's conveniently located near the heart of Butuan City yet remains peaceful at night. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the facilities are always clean. We stayed here for almost a month and had a wonderful experience. I just wish they offered food to order so I wouldn't have to dine out. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

I booked the hotel via *********** a few days ago and had to cancel it at short notice (within 3 hours) for personal reasons. The hotel refuses to refund the amount I paid, saying that I did not cancel it directly with you, but via the booking partner ***********. This is not how you treat consumers and improperly enrich yourself with their money. For this reason I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone interested and advise against booking there.
