Everything WAS GREAT DURING OUR STAY, GOOD HOTEL, BUT ONLY ONE THING We've NOTICED WITH MY HUSBAND, that WAS THE drinking WATER shouldn't be upon request by the guest . WATER MUST BE READY COLD OR ROOM TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE ROOM,.

Beautiful hotel, but as a new hotel they are poorly unorganised and many amenities are still yet to be completed. Couldnt vook the meeting rooms. The internet in the rooms always dropped out amd very unreliable to do business meetimgs, I had to rum team calls down near reception. Inconvenient!. ,I stayed in 3 different rooms and woke up to no hot water for a shower more than twice. Poor comtrols in place to ensure a customer room is ready and functioning. The food is probably great for locals but not for westerners. Many advertised meals they simply dont have. Great poolside, but no outside bar, or aloud to have a drink in the pool area. I will be a regular business visitor to Butuan during 2025 and therefore looking for a decent place that has a variety of food and reliable internet. Didn't fins it here.

I recently stayed at Amarah Hotel and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and always ready to assist. The check-in process was smooth and quick, setting a positive tone for my stay.
The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable beds, fresh linens, a strong Wi-Fi connection, and a spacious bathroom. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries.
One of the highlights of Amarah Hotel was the ambiance — modern yet homey, creating a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The restaurant served delicious food, with a good variety of dishes at reasonable prices. Breakfast was especially satisfying, with both local and international options available.
Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently situated near key spots, making it easy to explore the area. Transportation was accessible, and there were shops and cafes nearby.
Overall, I highly recommend Amarah Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and memorable stay. I’m looking forward to coming back again!

Bad Services especially from the front desk and restaurant . personnel are racist , Personnel must treat fairly to all customers not because they looks desent or not desent, Incindent happen yesterday I booked a room for my wife and my son for one night stayed (suit room I guest). During their stay , She was not fairly treated by the personnel at the receptions and thier actions and reactions shown disrespect to my wife . Even when she approach your personnel at the restaurant same she was not fairly treated as wlll, personnel actions / reactions shown disrepect and my wife was embarassed due to this actions from the hotel personnel.

Very modern hotel. Rooms are clean. Area is accessible (near to establishments within the city). Breakfast buffet has varied choices. Staff are accommodating.

The service, the location, the accomodation, the food and everything in between is the best! All of my requests were granted and staff are so nice and very prompt with our requests as well. Also they have the comfiest bed and pillows. First class! So glad that this hotel is in Butuan City no need for staycation to other cities! Will recommend this to my family and friends!

Our honeymoon at Amarah Hotel was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations. We decided to tour the hotel before booking and we were instantly captivated by its modern charm and warm ambiance. We are thankful to Mr. Elnathan for assisting us and guiding us through the booking process with patience and ensured all our requests were met. The room was well-prepared and even precooled. When we entered our room, we were touched to see a congratulatory message displayed on the TV which made me and my wife so happy. The room was so comfortable and clean plus the very accommodating staff enhanced our experience, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Amarah Hotel's amenities, including its inviting swimming pool and delightful breakfast options, added to the enjoyment of our honeymoon. We are immensely grateful to the staff of Amarah Hotel for making our honeymoon unforgettable and extra special.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Jessa, front office receptionist. Arrange my tour of butuan. The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. Sumptuous breakfast buffet.
