For the money, a decent hotel. Polite staff. Basic amenities are available. Ironing board, coffee bags, daily cleaning. Cheap cafes nearby. Good location - not far from George Town. Only their windows don't open

Hotel to ktm Butterworth station by a vehicle in 6 minutes. Can reach convenience store, several restaurants down the street. Rooms are in very old amenities. I prefer to pay more for other brands.
