Facilities were amazing. Breakfast was decent — the spread was amazing. Room was clean, spacious and good, although the stench in the shower area made showering a little unpleasant. The location was not very central, but it was close to penang sentral and sunway carnival mall which allowed us to get some shopping done. The view from the poolside was lovely❤️

Opened in 2025, the rooms are very new and the shower offers a full wrap of hot water with great pressure, making it feel like a spa after bathing – very comfortable. The swimming pool on the 23rd floor is also fantastic, allowing you to enjoy the strait's night view while swimming. It was a pleasant experience overall.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The front desk staff were warm and professional. My room was spotless, cozy, and the bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The breakfast spread was impressive with a great variety of options. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

The room I booked was awesome. Quiet and cozy. Out staycation was well spent in the hotel. I recommended 1887 restaurants and breakfast in the hotel.

This hotel location was nice and had a parking lot. I love the view of this hotel. Downstairs have ZUS coffee. Next time I will definitely be coming back if I come to Butterworth.
