(Microwaves are only available in family rooms, and breakfast is not included.) I was on a business trip, and the room had plenty of space but no desk or chair suitable for computer use. When I worked at night, I felt uncomfortable and couldn't work for long periods. I reported this to the front desk, and they told me there were suitable desks and chairs near the elevator. However, the area lacked adequate air conditioning, making it difficult to work, especially since everyone was using the elevator. I noticed noise, such as doors closing and neighbors talking or watching TV. There were always exceptions, such as today when someone on my floor was making noise from 11:30 PM to past midnight, and a few days ago, there were constant sounds of children talking and crying. For security, consider that the room door only has a basic sensor lock, with no other latches or chains to prevent forced entry, and you don't need a proximity card to access all floors. This is a new building, well-designed, with a food court downstairs serving delicious food until 2 AM. However, you'll need to commute 5-10 minutes to eat in the evening and do your laundry. I also loved the view from the window; I could see a vast residential area and the mountains in the distance. I was lucky enough to avoid traffic jams during both weeks heading to the Kulim Industrial Area (leaving at 7:15 AM). Clean, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and Netflix and YouTube available. Indoor parking is available, but spaces are limited. Oh, and they're very strict about room cleanliness; please avoid leaving any messes; each mess costs 20 RMB.
