Rocker Inn

Very clean and neat facility. Price was excellent. Two truck stops were close but the room was very quiet! Coffee was available 24 hours.

A bit out of the way, seemingly meant for truckers along the Interstate. It was fine for one night, but there was almost nothing in the room, so you get what you pay for. The woman at the desk was very crabby, no greeting, no smile, just a bad attitude like my checking in was bothering her.

Driving to the coast for vacation and made it to Butte, Montana. For $100 we got a clean room and two adults and child stayed in quiet room. No pool or free breakfast but sheets were clean and water in shower was hot. The beds were old and creaky but we slept ok. The only down side I found as a big guy was that the bathroom was so small I had to stand in shower to get out of room and in to the shower to come in and close the door. Staff were disinterested in us and not overly friendly. They recommended a local bar for dinner, “the Derby” that proved to be awful and gross. For $100 it’s a bed to sleep and get going the next day.

Convenient location, right off the highway and next to gas station with large convenience store attached. Large rooms. Wi-fi worked great. We were allowed to check in early. Large paved parking lot. Small "pub" attached. On site laundry facilities. No fridge or microwave in the room. Microwave in small dining area provided which was quite nice. They allowed us to use a fridge to keep our milk cold. Even though right off highway you couldn't hear highway traffic noise. No smoking indoors.

From the moment I drove up to the Rocker Inn, I was pleasantly surprised. The motel has a beautiful design and pleasant colors-very inviting. The property around the motel is well maintained and very clean. There is even a gazebo that you can sit in and look out at the mountains in the distance-nice touch. The lobby is really a nice design and very clean too. They have a cute little bar with saloon style doors-lots of character to this motel. I don't drink but I appreciated the cuteness of the little bar. You can get pizza but unfortunately I didn't have a chance to try some. The front desk staff were wonderful-so efficient, courtesy, considerate and friendly. The motel was clean and my room was also very clean. The shower pressure was great! The TV channels were also great-good selection. You had to figure out how to navigate the TV channels but once you did it was no problem. There is no fridge in the room but that doesn't matter to me so that was no problem for me. They have a community fridge in the lobby. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. The motel is quiet and I felt very safe there. There have a wonderful, convenient and clean laundry area beside the vending machines which are very well stocked. Both areas were very easy access. I didn't have to do laundry but I was pleasantly surprised at the shape of the area. I loved this motel so much that I wished I was staying longer than two nights. I felt at home there! I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely stay again when I am in Butte or driving through. The Rocker Inn is exceptional, especially for the price that they charge. This sweet motel is not greedy, they do not gouge you like other motels and hotels but charge more than a fair price. This motel is also in a very convenient location-close to gas stations, restaurants and Butte sights in general. Love this motel! I can't say enough good things about this sweet motel!

AVOID. Bed bug nightmare hell trap. Woke up with fresh blood on the sheets after getting bitten overnight, witnessed live bedbugs crawling in mattress and sheets. Management denies any presence of pests, yet the property owner became completely furious and started yelling angrily when we politely reported the bedbug situation. No hot water in showers to wash the blood off. Just a nasty, horrible place. A refund would've been nice, but at least the property owner didn't violently assault us the way he kept threatening to. Absolutely bizarre and unhinged reaction. Do. Not. Stay. Here.
