How expect a certain cleanliness and quality at Hampton Inns At this hotel you get the usual plus exceptional service from the front desk staff. They are intelligent, hard working,and a sense of humor not always seen in the hospitality field

Fantastic Hotel!!!!!! The ADA room was spotless and perfectly furniture. The bed was nice and linens were soft. Free breakfast and great price for rooms. Personnel was wonderful. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable. We loved it!!!!!

Nice hotel to arrive at after very long drive! Nice young lady at front desk that welcomed us!! Tons of food choices in the area and had a great pizza from across the street just walking distance! Room very clean and quiet-would stay again if in area

We booked this hotel last minute while Traveling cross country. The hotel was clean , modern with all that Hampton typically offers . Room was spacious , clean with complimentary waters in our room . We enjoyed staying there and would highly recommend.

I stayed here for 1 night while I was passing through Butte. This is a newer Hampton Inn that was pretty busy when I stayed there in early July. Even with how busy the hotel was it was pretty quiet throughout the night. Additionally, my room was upgraded before I checked in. The room was spacious. However, it wasn't properly cleaned. By the time I checked in there wasn't any cleaners available. So, they moved me to another room that was clean and ready to go. While it wasn't an upgrade, it met my expectations when I booked the room. So, a plus for customer service. The hotel has a strange design when it comes to the elevator. There is only 1 elevator and with as busy as it was, the elevator was in constant use. I must have gone up and down that thing 5 time and I never had the elevator alone. Not that it's a bad thing, it just seems to be underserving. If you're passing through Butte, I would recommend staying here. I would stay here again.

We stayed for one night while traveling. We love to stay at Hampton Inns because we know we will get a clean room and a nice breakfast in the morning before we head down the road. This one did not disappoint. Everything worked great and staff was nice.

Passing thru south on our way home from Lake Louise, Alberta, Canada. My daughter, myself and a few younger grandsons. Wonderful hotel for the price! Great friendly accommodating service, good decent comp breakfast, clean, quiet, fairly spacious room, pool open til midnight, good workout room, ice machine on every level, easy location, would def stay there again if back in Butte.

We did not have a reservation but we were driving through and stopped here. First of all, Butte is fantastic. The front desk staff got us in and were SO nice and helpful! They gave suggestions on where to go and they absolutely lovely. The room was perfect. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay. Kind, friendly, efficient check in. Joy actually remembered reserving room for us and greeted me like a welcome friend. Everything on the property was spotless, sparkling clean. They seriously undersell the breakfast. They might call it a continental breakfast, but we had hot cheese omelettes, sausages, waffles PLUS any of the kind of pastries and fruits that I think of as being a continental breakfast. The breakfast room was also spotless and continuously replenished by two very sweet and welcoming ladies. I don't think it's easy to run a place this well. But the management is doing a fantastic job. What a welcome surprise and delight. Thank you from our hearts.
