The facilities in the room are average, the desk lamp cannot be turned on, and it cannot be compared with Hilton in China.
The room size is OK, and there is enough space for three people. The bathroom is relatively large, and the shower water volume is large, and it is very comfortable to wash.
The breakfast is also good, with quite a lot of choices.
But when I got up in the morning, I found a dead fly 🪰 on the bed sheet, and I felt bad immediately.
I reported the situation, and the hotel did not take it seriously at first. Later, I found the manager, who said that he would tell the problem to the sanitation department, apologize verbally, and then asked us to email him in advance when we check in next time, and he would help us upgrade the room. This way of dealing with the problem is very perfunctory.

The most convenient hotel in Cardiff for my family, located in the city center, with a rich breakfast and many choices. All the staff have a good service attitude. It is really the king of cost-effectiveness in the UK, although this is Cardiff hahahaha

Beautiful hotel with very accommodating staff and amenities. We arrived early in the afternoon and although our room wasn’t ready we could store our luggage and they took our number so that they could text when the room came available. On getting to the room the were a few issues such as only one robe was there instead of two and there wasn’t much stock of the tea and coffee etc but one call down to reception and all was rectified quickly :) the only inconvenient issue we had is that the fire alarm went off at 4am and we made our way outside through the fire exits. We were stood in the rain for 10/15 mins with no explanation or presence from the staff as to what was going on. We saw people start to go back into the hotel and only one member of staff was seen by the revolving door and said it was a faulty alarm. We were a little disappointed with the lack of information from the staff and the next morning at breakfast we had overheard that they had been having issues with the fire alarm all day. If we were notified on check in of this issue we may have been more prepared but overall it was a beautiful hotel and we would definitely return 😊
