Un desastre de hotel. Únicamente tiene 5 estrellas la amplitud de la habitación. El resto un desastre.No limpian bien, falta mucho mantenimiento, falta personal en el desayuno ya que queda vacío rápidamente y no reponen con la rapidez de un 5 estrellas. Bombillas fundidas, habitaciones con grandes problemas de luces que no funcionan, cajas fuertes que no funcionan y rotas. No hay colgadores ni armarios en muchas habitaciones, no tienen planos. Es para no ir. No es nada recomendable para ser un 5 estrellas. Y la recepción un desastre. No saben nada ni solucionan nada.

Bedankt voor het delen van je ervaring. Het is jammer om te horen dat het personeel onvriendelijk was en dat het ontbijtaanbod beperkt was. Ook begrijp ik dat de prijzen voor de drankjes in de minibar teleurstellend waren. Het is belangrijk dat hotels hun gasten vriendelijk en gastvrij behandelen en een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding bieden. Het lijkt erop dat dit hotel in jouw ervaring daar niet aan heeft voldaan. Odamızda yüzlerce bocek vardı.bizi çıkarıp 3-4 kutu ilaç sıktılar ve bizden tekrar o odayı kullanmamizi istediler. Kabul etmedik. Odamızı değiştirmediler. Sabaha kadar lobide beklemek zorunda kaldık. There were hundreds of insects in our room. They took us out, sprayed us with 3-4 boxes of medicine and asked us to use that room again. We did not accept it. They did not change our room. We had to wait in the lobby until the morning.

The cleanliness, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff were outstanding. However, it was mentioned that there was a bicycle rental service available, but it was not. Absolutely If I ever go to Macedonia again, I would choose the same hotel.

Hotel Recep and manager tried to charge for the stay which I already paid via booking. And insisted on it. They did not check their records and emails while insisting. When I said I never do the double payment they found the records and contacted booking and corrected their mistakes. Be careful they can behave same to you.

Room without mirror, without wardrobe. Safe not working, light not working, dirty bathroom, old and run down, dust everywhere. Reported everything, without success. Room not soundproof, I could not sleep until 2 because of concert in the square

Just spent 4 nights in this super hotel. Located about 15 min walk from the centre by the side of the river and next to the football stadium and park [close to zoo too]. Very friendly staff, all able to speak at least a little English so language is no problem. Nice breakfast, super restaurant for diner and high gym. Perfect for business or holiday.
