This is a very lavish resort with a lot of activities available to guests. My only feedback would be that the extra services are quite expensive for what they are. Beautiful location but no accessible beach. Very friendly staff and Pirate Dive Shop on location.

If you like to have a quiet & relax holiday, please stay here. Services are good, but foods are just normal.

Amazing place, quite unique. The best: the staff, super helpful and always with a smile in their faces. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, with a comfy bed and a very good bathroom. The views are breathtaking and the massages are one of the best massage i ever had! Its been great spending time in this magic place

Service is superb

For us, we like a little bit of seclusion every once in a while when traveling. Despite the 1 hour airport transfer and trip to Coron Proper, Busuanga Bay Lodge was amazing! The staff was welcoming and friendly from the time we got here to our last day, which is today. We were given an upgrade, from the King Waterfront to a suite 2 floors below the lobby area, due to the low count of guests staying here at the time😁. The menu is only 2 pages but the chef is really amazing! Joaquin, Joel, and the rest of the staff gave top notch service. Some people that might stay here may not like the road connecting the resort to the main road but oh well, it adds a little adventure to your stay! Valentine's day night was romantic with 2 of the staff providing musical entertainment. We just missed the annual boat race that happens right in front of the hotel from the February 18 thru the weekend. We definitely recommend this place!

Hands down, amazing! It was the most personalized one we've ever experienced. The staff members led by AJ (great leadership skills) took really good care of us and went above and beyond what we expected. In fact, they went outside the resort hotel to buy some of our essentials and needs. The atmosphere was everything. The view when you enter the facility is out of this world that pictures and videos do not do justice with. You have to come here to feel the warm Filipino hospitality and dive deep into what real tourism really means. We recommend getting the Pass Island tour package + diving which is so worth every dollar! Thank you Dexter, Jackie, Jenny, Rica, and Nicah for all the love you showed us during our stay. Highly recommended!

Busuanga Bay Lodge earns rave reviews for its pristine cleanliness and spacious, comfortable rooms that boast luxury amenities and large beds. We had a bay view bungalow room which we highly recommend ! Their food is absolutely delicious and happy hour specials are great! The beauty and cleanliness of the entire property is absolutely stellar. Such a beautiful hidden gem on the water. If you want a serene off the beat path amazing place this is it! 10 minutes from PASS island. The property including free water activities, an infinity pool, and a spa, are popular among travelers, as is the inviting atmosphere. They have live music and fantastic musicians. They have an engaging 3 member trio entertainment. In 24 hours they learned and sang a song that was so special just for us. The high level of service, noted for its warmth and attentiveness, consistently leaves a lasting impression on visitors. Special thank you to Ninoy( guide), Dexter, Erika, Jenny, Nanelyn, Joaquin( excursions) and fantastic GM - AJ. We will be back!!

While planning my vacation from Canada I found BBL and the reviews online were good. They facility offered alot of activities. We booked 5 nights 4 full days. Two adults, two teenage girls. From the moment we arrived the resort did not disappoint. The resort is very well managed staffed and maintained. The rooms were beautiful. The views from our room and the pavilion were incredible. We tried to utilize all the resort had to offer. I highly recommend the spa. We booked all of our activities through the resort. The resident guide was very knowledgeable and professional. ( if you want to feel like royalty, order lunch with your island hopping activity) I could write a book about how much we enjoyed our stay at BBL but you will just have to go see for your self ! I highly recommend this resort and this part of Palawan. Coron is an amazing area full of amazing sights to see. Our days there were filled with snorkeling, scuba, coral reefs, shipwrecks, hill top views, incredible sunrises and spectacular sun sets, beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. To all the staff and management at Busuanga Bay Lodge thank you from bottom of our hearts from Tyler, May, Satine and Gabby.

Spent one night there as part of our honemoon trip. The stay was so nice and the atmosphere was incredible. So many thanks to Alberto de manager and all the staff that made our time at the hotel unforgettable. We would really recommend spending some relaxing time here

My son and I were looking for a great place to stay which was near the shipwreck dive sites as we were coming to Busuanga for this. And Busuanga Bay Lodge did not disappoint! From the reservations time, Nicha was very responsive and helpful. Then we were warmly welcomed by the team including AJ, the Resident Manager. The view of the bay as you enter the reception/pavilion was breathtaking. The Reception (Nicha, Jake) and F&B (Dexter, Rochelle/Richie?) teams were very attentive to our needs, addressed us by names and remembered our preferences. Amazing team! My son and I also went kayaking, our tour guide was so helpful and patient, took as to the site of the old plane and even took our photos. The location is very close to the shipwrecks. We booked our dives through another dive center before coming, but the resort has a dive center, which we didn't know. Food was good though a bit pricey Wish we could have stayed longer.

Of course to RM AJ so accommodating & professional.

Amazing hotel! Staff could not do enough for us! Staff helped us book tours and activities and were full of recommendations! Especially greatful to Joaquin, Jackie and AJ! Very relaxing atmosphere around the hotel and we loved the paddle boarding

Awesome accommodations! Even though my wife and I had a few days of bad weather, AJ (Resident Manager) made our stay very enjoyable. Everything was first class....room, food, massages (which we got every day), entertainment, and of course all the staff!!

We couldn’t believe how beautiful this place is! The view of the bay from the infinity pool is gorgeous. The best part of our stay was the staff. Joaquin welcomed us & helped us so much during our stay. He went above & beyond. Also the kitchen staff always serve with a big smile. We highly recommend the spa services. The massages are wonderful.
