This hotel had the best customer service we have experienced in all our travels globally ; not to mention the convenience- anything we needed was available in minutes. Will definitely be coming to stay here again next time when we visit Uganda

The pillows are the fluffiest, the rooms are spacious,the view is superb,and good ambience, They have a luxurious hotel lobby I have ever seen in Uganda.the staff are so friendly and welcoming,The food was so delicious,It's so convenient because is has a full fledged supermarket.

It’s the true definition of luxury they gat clean rooms, welcoming house keeping team, welcoming receptionist ,there pool is so nice and clean , sauna on point oh not forgetting message Uhmm out standing thanks.there lobby was clean, nice ,comfortable and extremely too big
