"Interior design of hotel and room furniture layout were artistic, as suggested by the hotel name. Facilities included a cabinet dryer in the room were beyond hotel norm. Clean room. Claiming different booking no., initially reception staff refused check in and wanted guest to call Trip.com directly despite having correct guest name clearly shown on hotel computer screen. With reasoning, reception agreed to call trip.com and matter was resolved. Hotel needs to improve customer service further in this aspect. Other than the above, we enjoy our stay very much."
