We booked this room near the airport so we could get a good night of sleep before an early flight. However, several dozen guests were noisy throughout the hotel lobby and parking lot (outside my window) until 1:00 am. When I asked the front desk attendant about it, he said there was nothing he would do. The air conditioning in the room also did not work. We ended up not getting any sleep. Do not use this hotel if you need to sleep at night. The rooms are very noisy and hot.

A perfect, clean and pleasant hotel in Lombardy
Arrived at the hotel very late into the evening after public transport strikes in Milan (with 5 minutes notice!) threw plans into disarray.
Regardless, was greeted very kindly by the receptionist at the hotel, who spoke good English - and explained some housekeeping details.
I did struggle to get power to the room at first - the location of the card-holder seemed quite odd. The TV only showed Italian channels, which might not be ideal if you plan to spend more time in the hotel relaxing. The beds were a good quality - comfortable, and I had two great nights' sleep.
The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and very clean. The room was spacious enough.
Minibar had Moretti, fanta, coca-cola and water but only one of each. Fine for me as I was a solo traveller, but not sure if they add more if there are more people in the room.
Room was cleaned (and organised!) very well by staff in the morning, was pleasant to see when I returned on the second evening.
Hotel is situated next to a local ambulance station. My room was the closest to the station (215) but the soundproofing is so good I could barely hear the sirens and it wasn't an issue.
Transport links to the village are poor. I was lucky to have a friend who lives locally to pick me up and drive me around but the last bus is 6pm - none on Sundays.
Buscate is a nice quaint village with a supermarket and some cafés, not much else of note.
I can see why the hotel is so highly rated and would definitely go again.

Ottimo. dal personale attento gentile e premuroso. dalla reception alla sala bar e a quella della colazione tutti molto gentili. la camera spaziosa pulita che sà di nuovo. profumata. letto comodo lenzuola profumate di buon bucato. la ns camera dotata anche di un ampio terrazzo. armadio capiente cassaforte frigiobar. una bella tv grande. colazione perfetta.ampia scelta compresa la spremuta d'arancia che bevo quotidianamente a casa mi ha fatto piacere trovarla. salato dolce frtittata yougurt macedonia frutta insomma di tutto. purtroppo non abbiamo ptovato il ristorante che a detta di tutti è ottimo. insomma ci si pone due domande alla fine. ci torneresti? lo consiglieresti ad amici? la risposta è assolutamente si. in italia si abbonda sempre con facilità a regalare stelle a strutture ma lo Scià on Martin merita tutte le sue. complimenti e grazie ancora

Room was very noisy and hot. Do not recommend. I stayed there before an early morning flight, but several dozen other hotel guests were being very noisy until 1:00 am, in the lobby and parking lot. The manager on duty would not help. The room air conditioning was also broken and the room was hot. Do not stay here if you expect a good night's sleep.
