Travelodge Hotel - Bury

Tv did not work, reception was closed when we arrived, receptionist came across as rude. No bottled water available in vending machines.

Rachel greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. Other staff were on duty when we departed. I enquired about the missing EVAC chair on the second floor, which didn’t seem to be taken seriously.

Booked this for a super cheap price in anticipation of extra oasis dates being announced last Aug. Thankfully the gamble paid off and we were lucky enough to get tickets too. I booked a family room for about £70 and we couldn’t have wanted anything better location wise. Really easy to get to and park from North East England, ideally located for Heaton Park - 10 mins in a taxi. We left the park and walked to McDonalds at Whitefield and got a cab back in about 5 mins which only cost £7. Location was quiet for sleeping but great in the morning as everything you could want was on the doorstep - pub next door, McDonalds, Asda, Greggs, Starbucks… perfect! Clean room, bathroom could have been a bit more modern but for a bolthole at a super cheap price absolutely fine! In all a total result!

Lovely staff , they are helpful and pleasant . The room was spacious and immaculately clean . The bed was very comfortable and there was a fan and tea and coffee making facilities making facilities . It was quiet and peaceful and I would absolutely recommend it !

On arrival at the hotel the staff member was very friendly, very polite. Covered everything in a very clear and concise manner. Very professional. The hotel had an iron 😊. On my exit the following morning the staff member was very friendly and professional. A lovely visit at Travelodge Bury.
