Night staff ignorant and very insulting, with attitude. Disgrace. With total disregard for the occasion and people that was in celabratory mood, full of laughter without any signs of any trouble. Until Mr Attitude had other ideas. Very disrespectful man with one aim to upset someone.

Good value for money. Hassle free. Friendly and Brilliant staff. The leisure club was just great. All modern facilities. Staff at the hotel is what makes this place really cosy. Will definitely return when we come to Manchester again. Also the food was value for money.

This is such a lovely place to stay, the reception team are very attentive and helpful, the rooms, depending upon the time of year you stay, are invariably brilliant, clean and tidy, the breakfast food, always lovely and hot. Disappointed with the state of the driveway, this is the only thing that lets the place down, beyond that, it is superb.

Firstly be careful when you drive in, the road is ridiculously uneven so watch your speed. It's in a good location but it's a bit tired. The shower was terrible and the shower head itself was basically just hanging loose. Room itself was a bit dated and not in the best condition, and the breakfast wasn't great.

Poor quality for value. Poor attitude by staff members however reception staff are professional and polite .don't bother with breakfast poor quality of food poor attitude by front of house manageress .if your visit is whilst there is a wedding on give up you won't get served

The room was a lovely nice sized room a lovely comfy bed. The shower was nice & powerful. The food in the restaurant on the evening & the breakfast in the morning was some of the best food I have ever eaten. It was great value for money & I would certainly recommend. Finally it was in a lovely location. Me & my partner went to the coronation street experience but wanted to stay somewhere out of Manchester where it was abit quieter so this was the perfect location without having to drive too far out of Manchester.

Clean. Great food and a good location, it is so easy to get a tram into Manchester. Ample parking , and free! It saves the hassle of getting into Manchester and scrabbling for decent parking. Staff are really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and all the beds were comfortable
