This place is not a hotel at all! It's more like a motel, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress kept sliding around, and the blanket on it had a strange smell. If you don't ask them to clean, they won't do it. The owner, named Zeina, was incredibly impolite and rude, not only shouted at me but also made racist remarks, which was completely unacceptable! The level of disrespect and discrimination I faced here is beyond belief! She communicated with customers while smoking and looking at you sideways. She even scolded customers for booking online. If you don't want people to book online, then don't list your property online! It's so hypocritical—wanting both the convenience and the control.!
I repeatedly saw cockroaches in the restaurant, which was absolutely disgusting. Even the microwave had cockroaches inside when opened. It’s horrifying to think that the food served to customers might have been contaminated with cockroaches—just the thought of it makes me want to vomit. This place is a complete health hazard and should be shut down immediately. Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk your health and sanity!
Terrible experience overall! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs!

My husband picked up the phone bravely, and the other party said that the front desk that received us during the day gave us the wrong key, and we should live in another room. Just now, the guest who just checked in opened the door, whooping, what kind of broken hotel is this, making such a low-level mistake !
Since we have already given the key, it means that someone is staying in the room. Even if we give it wrong, we can also arrange other rooms. Most of them are empty, and we can adjust internally. Why give us the key again to scare us, if not My husband stopped me and opened the door to come in! If you are timid, you still have to ask for a mental damage fee!
