I got to the Travelodge after 10pm as I didn't intend to stay overnight but Emma on reception was extremely helpful and helped me with my booking as I'm not particularly good at doing things online and thankfully there was one room available so I am grateful for Emma being so patient and obliging. And the room was clean and tidy.

The reception Emma was absolutely above and beyond, lovely lady the snack machine didn't give us the right amount of items out that we ordered and she paid out of her own money to get us another one as the machine had been playing up prior for other people. 5 stars to Emma!! Thankyou x

Very disappointing - noisy traffic on nearby railway line and from 5.30am the noise from the adjacent industrial business park made sleep almost impossible.

Didn’t look good from the outside but the rooms are clean and well kept. Very welcoming. The assistant manager David was brilliant If you’re visiting the area (we were there for a wedding at Hidden Hives) or looking for a stopover, recommended.

Lovely hotel and great place to stay for work purposes. Clean room and nice bed. We work nights so needed some cooked food in the morning and the manager Kelly recommended and ordered everything for us to be collected! We will be back next week again for another week.

Stayed here for work . Really not great . The building is not in a great location and needs a serious amount of investment to make it up to a good standard. The Staff seem really hard working and very helpful. But, as the old saying goes, you can’t polish a turd !

The room was really clean along with the room smelling fresh. It was quiet and the receptionist, Luke, was very friendly and welcoming, they helped direct me to the Starbucks next to the hotel along with making sure everything was ok and i was comfortable during my stay, willing to go the extra mile.
