Zenhotels is the provider and supplier, and Pera Suits seems unaware of this fact, resulting in terrible customer service. Their behavior was very rude, and it left my wife in tears. Such treatment cannot be justified, regardless of cost. They misled us by quoting a price of 5100 TL for a better room, but then downgraded our rooms to the same price. This is unacceptable, and potential customers should be warned. I strongly advise finding another place to stay.
