Das Hotel ist in die Jahre genommen, und leider läßt Instanthaltungen zuwünschen. Lampen funktionieren nicht und wurden auch innerhalb einer Woche nicht repariert

Kahvaltıda simit ve ekmeğin içinden farklı şeyler gördük her iki günde. İkinci gün özellikle simitin içinden tel çıktı. Tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Yürüme mesafesi. Oda temizliği nispeten iyi denenilir. Daha iyi olabilirdi. Temizlikçi abla çok şekerdi.

Otel personeli , konumu , sağlanan hizmet güzel.Odalar temiz manzarası güzeldi. Araç anahtarını vermek istemediğim için vale arkadaşa rica ettim. Sağolsun Ercan bey, başka bir aracı çekip oraya parketmeme yardımcı oldu. Personel güleryüzlü ve işlerini layıkıyla yapıyorlar

I stayed at The Kervansaray Bursa hotel for two nights and it is hardly “something to write home about”. The hotel is located in a center area of Bursa, offering basic facilities with decent but unpleasantly decorated rooms. The meals are good. It is by no means a four stars hotel.

Lieu de Hôtel excellent, c'est dans le centre-ville ( restaurant - shopping ) , les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses et son petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié et variable, et surtout, son prix est très bien.

Oteli internet üzerinden bulduk ancak yenilenmesine rağmen odalar inanılmaz küçük ve adeta bir pansiyon kalitesindeydi personel ilgisiz profesyonellikten çok uzakta servis zayıf. Otelin tek artısı merkezde olması ama aynı fiyata çok daha güzel otellerde kalabilirsiniz tercih edilmemeli.

Bursa da kaldığım bir kaç otel içerisinde en kötü olanıydı.Kendilerini hiç yenilemiyorlar.Yıllardır süregelen alışkanlık ve isim olarak biliniyor ancak bu ismin hakkını vermiyorlar.Hamamı da kötüydü.Odaları kötüydü,oldukça eskiydi.Yemekleri kesinlikle güzel değildi.Akşam yemeğini orada almakla büyük hata etmişim.Tek güzel tarafı şehrin merkezinde yer alıyor olması.

There's really not much comment worthy about this hotel. It was pretty non-descript and was a let down after other Turkish hotels. We were on an Insight tour when we stayed here and our guide assured us this was one of the very best hotels in Bursa. It did have a pool fed by underground hot springs. Please see my pictures for an accurate depiction of the room.
