The receptionist are friendly and willing to help with anything even the location of shops, the rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is yummy

Not Happy
When we arrived they someone had messed up and dropped our reservation from the system, they put us in another hotel for the same group 3 km away! in two separate rooms me and kids!! Breakfast is the most basic i have ever seen, almost nothing to eat..Overall poor experience.

Simple hotel - but good quality
They have good staff. rooms are clean, aircon works very well. Breakfast is simple, but good.
To be a 3 star hotel, this hotel is very good.
Highly recommended for families. There is free parking just beside the hotel. The paid parking is also not expensive.

Value was great.
Customer service was great.
Room was clean and cleaned daily.
Breakfast was just ok but included in our stay.

We had a night stay at this hotel thank goodness! it looked like an abandoned property very few guests. Hotel was on old fashioned and needs an update. Rooms were left open when we walked in which was unusual for us. Parking was on the street first come first serve with few spots. Location wise it was close to the historical attractions we wanted to go to. Food on roof top was good surrounded by mountains.

It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you

This probably was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, the room was dirty, curtain were falling down, beds were old and not comfortable, and the room smelled like cigarettes Bering smoked in it all night.
