Room very clean staff friendly excellent location for the airport

The hotel is easy to reach from the airport Bristol. The hotel is clean, the staff friendy and the breakfast delicious even it is optional.

Reception and staff, shuttle bus etc. Were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean, food limited menu but lovely food. Shuttle bus fantastic. No other amenities. Bar was awaiting delivery of draft and bottled beer for 3 days so we had to go somewhere else for a drink. We had booked late check out and were woken up by housekeeping early, explained we had late check out but were woken again by phonecall from Reception asking us to vacate room, it took me to go to reception with proof to which the woman responded 'oh it must be on other server' ??????? Why wasn't it checked then? Completely disorganised. I spent the time I paid for late check prooving I'd paid for it??????? No apologies! Very disappointed. So no drinks or explanation as to why they had let it run out if as they said hotel was 'booked out' that weekend so they should have made sure they had stock and absolutely no regard into what I'd booked and paid for! Really felt sorry for ground staff as management should take responsibility for these issues instead of letting the staff at hotel get burdened with management mistakes! Very let down with mis information and not very good management skills and planning for their visitors stays!

The service is excellent, the receptionist Kirat Linder looks for solutions and provides a professional and friendly service, all the restaurant and cleaning staff are very friendly and professional too, everyone in general has a friendly and have a pleasant way of providing service (good work team ). For the airport it is a wonderful location with transportation available, just the city is not so close and that would be excellent. Rooms, very comfortable and pleasant, good place to rest before or after a plane trip.

Although the hotel is new, and the rooms are well presented, BE AWARE of hidden costs. I had paid in full, in advance, so it came as a shock that I had to pay an additional £15 for parking. They then further insulted me by saying that the parking did not belong to the hotel (even though I paid for the parking at the hotel reception). This venue is new, so I would be interested to see the planning permission that allowed for a hotel of that size to be built without a car park. Luckily, this was the first and only time I was duped on a lovely two week holiday. I felt that this is not very respectful to the hospitality industry and to tourists in general.

We arrived at 3pm on 17.01.25 for a one night stay. We had a very warm welcome from the young lady on reception. We were allocated our rooms (two doubles). Myself and my partner we’re on the first floor and my elderly parents we’re on the ground floor (as requested due to mobility issues). We were unpacking when my parents rung me and asked to meet me in reception. I popped down to be told that another room was being allocated to them as when they entered the original room it was already occupied and a rather disgruntled man shouted out as his door was opened by a couple of strangers!! The manager Kirat could not do enough to apologise. He said there was a glitch in the system and it was showing rooms as empty when they are in fact occupied. He provided the four us with a free round of drinks at the bar as a way of an apology. We stayed in the bar/reception area for a few more drinks and an evening meal before heading back to our rooms. My partner and I were fast asleep when at 10:45pm someone entered our room!! Luckily the door opening woke us up and we shouted out as the person walked in. They quickly scurried off with out a word. As you can imagine this scared the living daylights out of us and so a restful nights sleep flew out of the window. We checked out early as we had a flight to catch and on mentioning our ‘intruder’ to the guy on reception he didn’t seem bothered in the slightest and said it was probably housekeeping….at 10:45pm at night????!!!! I don’t think so!!
