Holiday Inn Bristol Airport

Reception and staff, shuttle bus etc. Were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel very clean, food limited menu but lovely food. Shuttle bus fantastic. No other amenities. Bar was awaiting delivery of draft and bottled beer for 3 days so we had to go somewhere else for a drink. We had booked late check out and were woken up by housekeeping early, explained we had late check out but were woken again by phonecall from Reception asking us to vacate room, it took me to go to reception with proof to which the woman responded 'oh it must be on other server' ??????? Why wasn't it checked then? Completely disorganised. I spent the time I paid for late check prooving I'd paid for it??????? No apologies! Very disappointed. So no drinks or explanation as to why they had let it run out if as they said hotel was 'booked out' that weekend so they should have made sure they had stock and absolutely no regard into what I'd booked and paid for! Really felt sorry for ground staff as management should take responsibility for these issues instead of letting the staff at hotel get burdened with management mistakes! Very let down with mis information and not very good management skills and planning for their visitors stays!

Great customer service at the desk, Alisha is a huge asset with her fab customer service and communication skills, we were also served by Kevin who was also very good, thank you for making our stay very enjoyable! . The rooms are also very good. Will definitely return

Turned up at the hotel to find I had managed to book at another Holiday Inn hotel on the other side of Bristol - doh! Having just had a long journey in terrible weather, we weren't keen to move. At this point Krishna took charge. He phoned the other hotel to request a cancellation. They were willing but couldn't do it as we'd booked through a third party. Krishna phoned the third party who then contacted the other hotel and agreed to cancel. This took time, patience and impressive perseverance. So we finally looked to book in. By this time I was totally flustered and it took many attempts to get my card through. Fatema was very patient and helpful all through this process. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were good. But the thing that turns a good hotel into an excellent one is the staff. Every one we encountered was friendly and helpful. Five stars fully deserved.

Lovely stay at the hotel. Was very clean and tidy. Modern and comfortable rooms. Staff were very attentive and kind. They gave lots of attention to our 1 year old daughter. Food was very yummy . The location of the hotel is perfect and is only 3 mins away from Bristol Airports

On entering the Hotel it shows what a difference has been made with the refurbishment. The staff were very helpful in check in. Sardonna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room is fresh, clean and modern. With all the amenities required on your stay. The Resturant staff (Kevin) was very busy, but still found time make us feel individual. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Was greeted by staff immediately and made to feel welcome, was offered for our luggage to be taken to the room, room was very clean beautiful decorated and plenty of tea/coffee & biscuits. Had a lovely meal in restaurant was served by Vaishali excellent customer service very friendly and professional lovely lady, would highly recommend staying here, will stay here again, everything is based around offering great customer service, very clean and bright hotel.
