Laundry and gym is in another building and not operate 24 hours. a bit inconvenient but the front desk offer help to send our clothes for laundry and we collect from the counter. The breakfast is great! Some nice restaurant and convenient stall nearby in walking distance.
A goodie bag being given upon check out, mineral water, coffee and tissue. Overall satisfied, a high CP hotel.

1. For a hotel costing nearly 1,800 yuan per night, the shower water supply was insufficient. I complained several times, but there was no solution. I had to go to the newly opened bath center next door to shower at night...
2. The elevator reeked of sweat.
3. The refrigerator in the room wasn't turned on, and I had to plug it in myself.
4. They said it was a Delicious mattress, but it wasn't comfortable at all; it was very hard, and the pillows were incredibly high.
5. The toilet made an inexplicable gurgling sound from time to time. I think it's a new hotel, and the plumbing isn't fully installed yet. It was quite frustrating.
6. The front desk clerk was clueless and hung up on me. She would ask, and then nothing happened.
This was the most expensive hotel of my entire Xinjiang trip. There wasn't much scenery around, but the experience was the worst. Consider it a lesson learned.

Just came out of Kanas, compared to the scenic spot,1-2 thousand, small room, this hotel is also considered to be excellent value for money. The room is large, separated from wet and dry, there is a semi-open sink, sofa, big table, I like it very much. Because it is located at the border of Burqin County, the price is more favorable than indoors. I want to go to the net red bridge or style street. I rent a small tram at the shared electric car parking spot next to the hotel. It takes only6-7 minutes to see the scenery along the way, park at any time to take pictures, eat, and feel very cool. The beautiful boss also upgraded the room, don't be too comfortable, haha.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at the foot of Guanyutai Mountain, half an hour walk from the tourist service center, you can take the shuttle bus to the hotel entrance, the room is a wooden house structure, the appearance is very beautiful, the configuration inside is very modern, the faucet is a bit small, other facilities are perfect. The boss also presented breakfast coupons to the guests who stayed. The breakfast was very rich. There was a swing in the small yard to play. At night, you can enjoy the starry sky aurora quietly in the small courtyard~

CChina TravellerLocated n the Hemu scenic area, so you must have a ticket to enter the area to stay here. Access is via a couple of mandatory buses (you cannot drive directly here) so best not to bring heavy luggage. The suite is basically a self-contained 2 storey wooden hut. Adequate but a little cramped despite the 55sqm claim. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful, the room is well heated, and the breakfast is ok. WiFi very bad though. (Note that all the hotel rooms in Hemu village are wooden huts.) Close to the local free bus stop, so easy to get around. But note that it’s a 20+ minute walk home from the night market area because the buses stop running at around 9pm. To be honest, it’s expensive for what you get but I guess Ok for a one-night experience.

Beautiful B&B at the end of the tourist village, across a stop of the free public bus bringing tourist to the parks entrance.
The owner directly welcomed us, our luggage was put in front of our room while we did the check in. No problem for me as a foreigner.
Room was spacious, tidy and well equipped. No A/C, but temperatures at night drop low enough for a comfortable sleep (late June).
Breakfast was basic Chinese, coffee available.
We had to shorten our stay due to a personal matter. Despite no free cancelation policy, the owner agreed to shorten our stay by 1 night and refund us the money. Everything handled over the Trip App in English.

GGuest UserThe room was cleaned very cleanly. It is worth mentioning that the pillows are soft and hard, unlike the soft pillows in many hotels and homestays. I slept very well in Taoyuan.
Winter is cold and dry. The indoor air conditioning and floor heating are sufficient. Just in case, there is also an electric heater. The socks were dried in two hours. There is also a humidifier. Although it is a drop in the bucket, it makes people feel very comfortable.
The housekeeper kindly gave directions to the parking space and helped to carry the box. The front desk also provides breakfast and coffee afternoon tea, and the quality is also very good.
A few suggestions: It is easy to forget to draw the curtains when checking in at night because it is dark outside. I hope the store will replace the main window with a gauze curtain to protect the privacy of guests.
It is not reasonable to manually draw the window in the shower room. It is recommended to at least apply a frosted film. After all, the window faces the main road. For guests who value privacy, even a slight gap will feel bad.
Overall, it is a very good living experience!

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with disposable towels and bath towels, very nice. In addition, the courtyard environment is very comfortable, looking at the snow-capped mountains! The view from the window of the B&B restaurant is also very good. It's very comfortable to sit in the courtyard and in front of the restaurant window. The service is also very good. I was lucky to see the snow scenery of Altay. The yard of the B&B is already very beautiful. I felt the warmth of the floor heating as soon as I entered the door. It was so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. If you have any needs, just contact the customer service. They responded very promptly and were considerate little housekeepers of the B&B. When I got up in the morning, the surrounding area was already very beautiful, with white snow everywhere. It was very convenient to eat and drink nearby. The overall supporting facilities were very complete. I have to choose here next time! !

NNgThe room has the best heating I have experienced so far in Xinjiang; three heaters in a single room. The restaurant and cafe are also good in both food and service. The staff helped us find a ride to our next destination. The landlord also provide horse riding service up the hill to view the sunrise. The location is just beside the Hemu Bridge, which makes it really convenient to climb up to the sunrise viewing point. There is also a concentration of restaurants in this area.

Children like it very much. You can see the starry sky from the room at night. The key point is that the staff are very attentive. Our housekeeper is called Tian Zhen. The young man is very good. We have good communication every day. He reminds us to have breakfast and reminds us that the coffee is also well prepared. It is rare for a hotel employee to do so well. We must retain such good employees. I hope the hotel will continue to maintain our recommendation. We will recommend it to friends who come to Kanas. We will choose here again when we come in the future.
