Its on-site restaurant was still in its soft opening phase, but since it was late, we had dinner there (a meal for four), and the whole family thoroughly enjoyed the food. Breakfast was a buffet with a decent variety. Every staff member was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. Seeing we had elderly family members and children, the hotel staff proactively assisted us with our luggage to the room. The front desk even kindly provided an extra adult breakfast voucher. The hotel also provides a laundry room equipped with washers, dryers, and ironing facilities. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable. The bedding was soft and breathable, the room was spacious yet very warm, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet/dry separation. Upon check-in, we were also welcomed with complimentary fresh fruit and dried snacks.
