這次入住體驗簡直是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！整個過程充滿了不愉快和憤怒，完全顛覆了我對酒店服務的認知！
首先，道路被封卻不讓退訂！我們準備去往酒店時，發現通往酒店的道路被封了，根本無法正常通行。我們嘗試聯繫酒店協商退訂，結果對方竟然以“不可抗力”為由拒絕退款！這是什麼邏輯？難道道路被封是我們的問題嗎？這種毫無責任心的處理方式簡直讓人憤怒！
最讓人無語的是，店家莫名其妙掛電話！我們嘗試通過電話溝通解決問題，結果對方在聽完我們的訴求後，竟然直接掛斷了電話！再打過去就直接不接了！這種態度簡直讓人懷疑這家酒店到底有沒有基本的服務意識？！
這家酒店無論是服務態度、處理問題的能力，還是誠信度，都讓人極度失望！強烈建議大家避雷，同價位有很多選擇，千萬不要選擇這家酒店，否則你一定會後悔！

位置很好，離禾木橋就幾百米，算是中心地帶，帶是也不抄，公交站也很近。房間很暖和。不過好像有其他更便宜，也很近的房子，就可能不在路邊

房間不大，好在應有盡有，門口的小院子很適合小朋友撒歡……景區條件有限，價格整體都偏貴。一窩位置不錯，在主街很好找，離禾木橋也不算遠，步行10分鐘能到。親子房屋內看外面的景色不適合拍圖片美照，出來拍小院子還行，如圖在院子裏面拍的。

設施：改有的都有，用起來也很方便，還有電暖器，很舒服～
衞生：很乾凈，住起來舒心
環境：整體很温馨，位置還可以，走路就能到中心區域。早上看日出，大概徒步到山頂，也就49分鐘
服務：很好～有什麼需求直接跟老闆説就行～

The location of the B&B is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Hemu Bridge. The room is clean and comfortable. It is a long walk to the bonfire party in the evening. It is recommended to rent a battery car. If you don’t have an ID card, you can rent it at a nearby store for $20 per hour.
