首先，作為攜程的供應商，也是攜程的用户，表揚下攜程的客服，原本訂的另一家店，因店家沒有及時關房，導致到店無房，零下十幾度的天氣，又冷又餓，跟店家正在交涉，沒有十分鐘，攜程客服電話過來已經給我們找好了房間，重新下單即可，差價補給我，所有平台只有攜程處理問題是最快的，也是我一直選擇的重要原因
再來説下觀山居，店家小哥很好，大晚上門口接我們，幫忙拿行李，房間設施齊全，面積小了點，但是在禾木，可以理解，床墊很軟，暖氣也很足，住的很舒服，推薦
