老闆態度很好很熱情，房間乾淨衞生，很暖和。價位便宜的方型，位置就會更遠一些。早上的山景、晨霧很美，可以走走從新村到換乘中心的路，天氣合適就有驚喜。

床鋪上有飛蟲，洗手間有大蒼蠅。主要是沒有熱水。雖然沒有洗澡，但是洗頭也是燒了4次熱水兑着冷水洗乾淨頭髮（第一次住這麼貴的2000+酒店還沒熱水）喀納斯的景色很美，但配套設施真的跟不上。房間外地一股馬糞味🤣晚上睡覺還算安靜。但是8:00後就車的人的鬧騰聲音開始了。隔音效果真的一般。

入住前沒有主動聯繫,我們主動聯繫才收到入住指引,指引多處錯誤或指引不清晰,導致入景區後，坐錯班車,早上等錯班車時間,耽誤行程又影響心情。未到退房時間又安排裝修工人到房間整修。最後因班車時間提出延遲退房時間也是不情不願,囧途一樣的入住體驗。洗手間乾濕不分離,洗完澡,坐廁濕到無法用，還得清理一番。關於希望對景區遊覽給予一些建議,也是一問三不知,與高昂的房價服務完全匹配不上。
