The hotel is located in Hemu Village 2. Its advantage is that it's relatively quiet. While the rooms aren't large, the decor is acceptable. The included fruit plate is huge. Breakfast doesn't have a wide variety, but there's coffee. The housekeeper is also very welcoming. I booked a loft room, and my brother lives upstairs. He came down in the middle of the night complaining it was too hot because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning and couldn't sleep. 😓 I told the housekeeper when I arrived during the day, and they said it would cool down at night. Actually, it wasn't. While it was cool outside, the rooms were still quite hot. The first floor was fine, but the second floor was like a steamer. Another issue is that the water heater was awkward, fluctuating between hot and cold. My little one's shower was completely cold, and he almost froze. Another issue is that the cleaning lady could have been more careful. I don't know whose hair got stuck in the care bag. Since it was almost one o'clock when I finished showering, I didn't bother to tell the housekeeper. When I rinsed my mouth that night, the water was cloudy. I used several glasses of water, but it was still cloudy. I don't know what caused it. Overall, it's really not a good time to come during peak season. The prices are incredibly high. For a three-star experience at a five-star price, you get five-star service.
