房間乾淨設施齊全，酒店獨享的優美環境真是太棒了！前台的帥小夥服務很周到，還給我們一份下午茶非常貼心，行李在我們上觀魚台前就已經被送到了酒店。早餐也是非常的好，非常的精緻，晚餐在餐廳點餐，做的口味很好，這次的入住體驗非常好，下次來喀納斯還會來住，五星好評！

入住之後才發現這個酒店真的是看喀納斯美景絕好之處，位於觀魚台旁邊，有自己的馬隊馬伕，有兩輛皮卡，可以在喀納斯遊客中心接客人和行李，最後一段可以騎馬上到店門口，員工小夥子姑娘們都熱情周到，大廚做菜好吃，還有自己的祕境特別棒俯瞰喀納斯湖和遠山，在這裏遭遇了太陽陣雨，看到了雙彩虹入湖，美的不行，可以與遊客錯峯登觀魚台，特別特別棒。雖然貴，但是真的值。

酒店優點和缺點都很突出，但是位置獨一無二無可取代，值得人生體驗。喀納斯四季分明各有特點，湖水每天光線變化，顏色也不同，真的是值得一去再去的地方

在喀納斯湖畔仰望滿天繁星，雪山做背景板！超級治癒，説是人生必住的民宿一點不過分，華仔是接我們上山的人也是給我們遊玩建議最Nice的人，我們好好的在山上呆了一天，拍的每一張照片都是明信片，他們還提供旅拍服務呢，快去找米鬼拍大片吧。

本次新疆旅行體驗最好的酒店，沒有之一。
吹爆雲端之家房型，體驗感拉滿，貼兩張房間落地窗直接看到的景色。
為了一位素未謀面的故友來到了喀納斯，感謝他讓我在喀納斯湖畔的山顛感受到了日升日落、鳥語花香、傾盆大雨、冰雹雷暴，雨後彩虹，星河萬里，霧漫山谷。
夜晚靜坐在窗前，看它慢慢過來遮住皓月，俯望着喀納斯去往白哈巴的道路。
小白帶隊馱着我們和行李上山，被“李白”，月亮灣貓，招安，甜甜和阿爾法及它的“童養媳”圍繞，真是幸福的體驗。
服務：管家是個漂亮小姐姐，從訂房後就一直主動溝通和服務，最後還送我們一路離開。咖啡廳的樹姐，餐廳的大廚大哥還有一眾小哥哥，他們就像老友陪在身邊。

趕上下雪，入住時出了一點小狀況，老闆積極解決！雖然價格不便宜，但建議來喀納斯旅遊住這家酒店是值得的，景色無法替代！喀納斯最美的風景看過後，三灣就沒有必要再看了，個人觀點！

絕佳位置，在觀魚台旁，可以在清晨傍晚無人時候去觀魚台觀景，觀星🔭，服務很好，管家第一時間聯繫和安排專車去酒店，還可以騎馬一段上山去酒店，住在這裏真的太棒了

位置一流的民宿。就衝著晚八點到早八點獨享觀魚台風景就超值了啊。更別説還省下了觀魚台的單獨門票和騎馬費用。管家司機都很好，做的飯菜也好吃，還有可愛的小狗狗。
