僅僅是對客房配置提了些建議——馬桶堵塞、缺少充電插座、房間沒有凳子等，老闆底氣十足的放言，“如果你們對客房條件不滿意可以取消訂單，現在是旅遊旺季，我們不缺客源”，如此這般，實為國內旅遊景區罕見
設施：破爛貨的床搖搖晃晃，還要我們自己用磚塊拖鞋墊上求穩。椅套床墊佈滿污漬令人作嘔。兩房一廳的套房變幻成一個大床房和一個僅有兩張空床的房。和老闆交涉態度惡劣，揚言:就着你們要不滿意就退房馬上就有人住。後與攜程平台客服聯繫後退回房款100元。誰知晚上有發生更大的故障。預訂的另外三間房中竟然有兩間同時發生馬桶糞便溢出滿屋的窘境。也懶得再找平台了衹有自己認倒黴罷了。
衞生：一塌糊塗。剛要洗澡馬桶糞便溢出一直流到床下。打了老闆電話才勉強另給安排他人酒店入住。

喀納斯之行住過的最暖和的小木屋，但是！超級不隔音，你甚至可以和隔壁的人毫不費力的聊天，如果你遇到一個安靜的隔壁還好，如果像我一樣遇到三個大老爺們不睡覺聊到一點鐘！真是讓人崩潰！

差評！！！圖片與實際不相符，到院子裏無人接應，打電話不接，四處找工作人員，後來發現院子裏一位女士不知是服務人員還是老闆，上去一問三不知，還一直在刷視頻，我們要求看一下房間，看房後發現衞生極差，要入住的衞生間馬桶上還有很多尿漬，上邊還有沒沖乾淨的xxx，衞生間垃圾桶還有用過的遺留紙巾，因為在院裡子一直找不到人，超過了規定的退單時間，不知是工作人員還是老闆的女士態度強硬惡劣，衹説不退愛住不住，愛投訴就投訴，衞生太差我們衹能選擇換其他酒店入住，無奈衹能找攜程工作人員給退了房費，訂單沒有退掉，日行一善希望來遊玩的遊客避坑這家

散客，淡季自己出來 。
老闆給我免費升的房間，各方面都很好，我要求不高，房間乾淨衞生，熱水器夠洗，房間無異味，不冷就行（有電熱取暖器）。
不過木屋肯定不能和水泥比的，晚上會有些外面的噪音，建議帶上耳塞。
這個房間我還是很滿意的👍

交通管制的原因去不了目的地，但是酒店還是扣了費用。。無語啊！14號交通管制不讓去，15號去的我們走不了下一個行程，跟訂房的網站説明瞭情況但酒店還是扣掉了房費。
