僅僅是對客房配置提了些建議——馬桶堵塞、缺少充電插座、房間沒有凳子等，老闆底氣十足的放言，“如果你們對客房條件不滿意可以取消訂單，現在是旅遊旺季，我們不缺客源”，如此這般，實為國內旅遊景區罕見
設施：破爛貨的床搖搖晃晃，還要我們自己用磚塊拖鞋墊上求穩。椅套床墊佈滿污漬令人作嘔。兩房一廳的套房變幻成一個大床房和一個僅有兩張空床的房。和老闆交涉態度惡劣，揚言:就着你們要不滿意就退房馬上就有人住。後與攜程平台客服聯繫後退回房款100元。誰知晚上有發生更大的故障。預訂的另外三間房中竟然有兩間同時發生馬桶糞便溢出滿屋的窘境。也懶得再找平台了只有自己認倒黴罷了。
衞生：一塌糊塗。剛要洗澡馬桶糞便溢出一直流到床下。打了老闆電話才勉強另給安排他人酒店入住。

差評！！！圖片與實際不相符，到院子裏無人接應，打電話不接，四處找工作人員，後來發現院子裏一位女士不知是服務人員還是老闆，上去一問三不知，還一直在刷視頻，我們要求看一下房間，看房後發現衞生極差，要入住的衞生間馬桶上還有很多尿漬，上邊還有沒沖乾淨的xxx，衞生間垃圾桶還有用過的遺留紙巾，因為在院裡子一直找不到人，超過了規定的退單時間，不知是工作人員還是老闆的女士態度強硬惡劣，衹説不退愛住不住，愛投訴就投訴，衞生太差我們衹能選擇換其他酒店入住，無奈衹能找攜程工作人員給退了房費，訂單沒有退掉，日行一善希望來遊玩的遊客避坑這家

散客，淡季自己出來 。
老闆給我免費升的房間，各方面都很好，我要求不高，房間乾淨衞生，熱水器夠洗，房間無異味，不冷就行（有電熱取暖器）。
不過木屋肯定不能和水泥比的，晚上會有些外面的噪音，建議帶上耳塞。
這個房間我還是很滿意的👍

禾木真是個好地方，風景如畫。晝夜温差是真大，白天熱的要死，晚上冷的可很。小木屋給升級成6人間的，3張上下床。臨近河邊。早晨出門準備爬山，太冷了，回去接着睡。

該酒店位於禾木村村委會站旁，離洪巴斯草原與日落平台僅一站之遙。步行10分鐘左右即可到達遊客換乘中心了。
客房與酒店前台有高差存在，沿着木棧橋去主幹道大概100m左右，傍晚享受這如詩如畫風景的同時也不會被旁邊的燒烤dj吵到你哦~
院內乾淨整潔，花草怡人，想看星空的友友們可沿着林蔭小道向前，這裏的星空絕對不會辜負你的期待。
房間整潔無異味，由於室外傍晚温差較大，但房間保温措施十分到位，不用擔心被凍着嘿~
老闆人非常熱心，及時解決了我的困難，真的超級超級贊啊~大家快來來!

在禾木，這是所不錯的民宿了。公交車第二站，村委會下，就很好找了。其實禾木跟白哈巴類似。兩邊住一次體驗就夠了。在夕陽下，野花中吃着晚餐，很愜意。注意，晚上很冷，大家注意保暖。
