服務員小哥很好，熱情周到，給升了級，還有離店小禮，很滿意。房間很新，比較乾淨，也安靜。就是後窗外就是牛在吃草，房間裏和樓道里很多牛虻，費了半天勁把屋裡的消滅了，樓道里很多，有死有活的，看着膈應，影響了整體環境水準，建議用心治理一下。

來喀納斯精心挑選的酒店，管家Sembat姐姐人很好，幫我們拿行李答疑解惑。酒店特別的乾淨，山景很棒，裝修很別緻。旁邊的咖啡店早餐很豐盛，而且距離坐大巴去喀納斯湖的地方特別近。晚上在那裡拍到了銀河，總的來説來這個酒店很值！
