因為酒店附近景區有大量工程進行，check-in時遇到有點麻煩，心情比較不好，好在經過你們同事Sebastian 及william的細心解釋及殷勤安排後，心情亦變好，晚餐的味道亦非常不錯，房間亦非常漂亮，正在考慮冬天再去你們酒店嘗試滑雪

這家酒店真的超讚，特別滿意，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒服，睡得特別香。前台sebastian和Anna服務熱情，Anna還幫我縫褲子，太感謝啦，有問必答，還主動幫忙提行李。走的時候一個來着喀什的前台小哥一路送出七八百米。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。性價比很高，下次來還住這兒，推薦給大家！

管家單明聯貼心服務，到了已經比較晚，安排好酒店裡車接到酒店。提前與餐飲部凌春珍主管點好菜，到店時候熱烘烘送到房間。雖然目前酒店周圍在建設，但是酒店依山而建，山景比較美，服務更沒得説！
