This hotel is in a great location and has nice rooms. However, the lobby and hallways smell strongly of cigarette smoke, even though there are no smoking signs. This does not make a great first impression for many guests. They have ashtrays on top of each trash can that is near the elevators, which could make guests who smoke think that smoking is allowed anywhere in the hotel. There were cigarette butts in some of them. I highly suggest the hotel removes them so that the indoor public areas no longer smell like cigarette smoke.

酒店有新春佈置，很有新年氛圍感。位置真的絕了，走 5 分鐘就能到網紅橋，出門玩超方便。而且它剛開業不久，城堡造型超吸睛，直接戳中我的心巴。內部裝修是那種輕奢風，高級感滿滿。我住的 38 平米豪華雙床房，空間大，住着超舒服。
房間設施齊全，床軟乎乎的，衞生間乾濕分離，用品質量也很好，Wi-Fi 網速快到飛起。酒店衞生乾淨，服務人員熱情周到，住下來的體驗感直接拉滿。性價比超高！

酒店新開業的，像開業好幾年是的，淋浴間地漏不下水，堵住了，房間地毯是濕的，浴缸放不出熱水，到處是線頭，WIFI的線也擺的亂亂的，服務態度也一般，坑人的店，價格又貴，訂的套房，最後給換了一個大床房
