The scenery near the hotel is great and the hardware facilities are great! There are people living upstairs in the room, and footsteps and banging sounds similar to those caused by maintenance and repairs can be heard from time to time. There is much room for improvement in door lock failure rate and service response speed. The front line staff are all very nice and friendly and are patient with rowdy customers. However, the management is lack of experience in service and details, and the business quality needs to be improved. The bathrobe had obvious stains and the response was not properly checked, suggesting a management problem.
