5分主要給小娜的服務，很熱情很仔細。
房間比較乾淨，滿意。但沒有裝空調，7月感覺還是有點悶熱，小娜給了個電風扇。在唐布拉住的也是舒泊瑞斯，同樣也沒空調，高檔型酒店不裝空調是敗筆。
早餐品種不多，酒店裡麪就有點多餐館，吃飯什麼很方便。總體還算滿意。

非常美，管家小廖非常貼心的給了遊玩攻略，提前告知了區間車的運營時間，雖然在禾木的停留時間有點短，也沒能看到星空和日出，但美景依舊印象深刻，酒店服務到位，早餐也不錯，唯一不足是無空調，訂的loft二層有點熱！
