我一般很少點評酒店，但昨天入住的3件事確實把我感動了。1，當時訂的是標間雙床1.2米的房，但我2大2小（兩小孩一個15，一個10歲），老闆看我人多，剛好他有一間3床房沒賣，直接免費幫我升級3床房。2，第二天一早出門急，孩兒他媽把項鍊落在房間內，剛出門5分鐘，前台就把電話來，説我把項鍊落下了，這前台必須加雞腿。3，出門一個小時後，我們一家4口已在去往喀納斯的景區公交車上了，我孩兒他媽説還落了一件裙子在衣櫃，當時我就打了酒店電話，得知我們下午還回景區停車場時，當即説到時送過來，後來我們怕麻煩他，自己開車去取的。總結:1，酒店前台和服務人員熱情，有問必答。2，相比禾木村和去賈登峪路上的當地特色氈房（味道重，價格貴），性價比較高。

房間為一樓，衞生間排水不暢。前台冷淡，不熱情回答。酒店禁止將浴室毛巾放在衞生間門囗，但門口沒有地毯。衞生間水漫出衞生間。

喀納斯景區內的酒店，沒辦法，大家知道景區住宿都非常貴。酒店在山上最高處，車上去路不太好。晚上洗澡水不熱，太難受了。為了早點遊喀納斯湖，將就了。
