Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The front desk staff saw we had a child with us and upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was fantastic with beautiful views outside the window. The location is super convenient, right next to the Hemu shuttle transfer center. The hotel was very accommodating; they even sent a car to pick us up because they were worried we wouldn't find it. In the old village of Altai Hemu, there is such a wooden house. The scattered wooden houses seem to grow out of the earth. Step into it, the smell of wood lingering nose tip. The furnishings are simple and warm, and every detail reveals ingenuity. Pushing the window, the fresh air came, and what I could see was a beautiful picture of mountains and rivers. Here, listen to the song of the birds, bathe in the warm sunshine, let the tired mind get the ultimate rest.

This B&B is conveniently located near Hemu Bridge, making it perfect for an evening stroll to enjoy the night views. The owner is incredibly welcoming, contacting us via WeChat in advance to give us directions and even picking us up from the bus station. I'd say this is easily one of the top three accommodations in the area. The courtyard is meticulously maintained with a variety of colorful flowers, resembling Monet's Garden – truly a labor of love. You can even spot little squirrels there! Our room had all the amenities, including underfloor heating, and the cozy wooden cabin felt as clean and spacious as a large villa. We were greeted with an assortment of fruits and snacks, and in the evenings, there was a complimentary white fungus soup. Breakfast isn't à la carte; everyone gets a set meal, but you can ask for more if needed. It included items like steamed buns, siu mai, noodles, sweet potatoes, milk, and coffee. The carrot and beef buns were absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, we were on a tight schedule and had to rush through, so we didn't get to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. We'll definitely plan a longer trip next time to truly savor the nature and the charming cabin.
