Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The front desk staff saw we had a child with us and upgraded us to a suite for free. The room was fantastic with beautiful views outside the window. The location is super convenient, right next to the Hemu shuttle transfer center. The hotel was very accommodating; they even sent a car to pick us up because they were worried we wouldn't find it. The room was very clean and the environment was great. Our child had a wonderful stay!

Facilities: The room I booked felt like excellent value for money. First, it had a humidifier, a huge plus for southerners! Essential for dry days. Second, the room was warm and inviting from the moment I stepped inside; the underfloor heating was a huge plus. Cleanliness: Very clean, even for someone with OCD like me. Compared to other places I've stayed at in Sayram Lake, this is simply the best! Service: Everyone at the guesthouse, from the manager to the owner, was very polite, attentive, and responsive to any questions. Other bonuses: Surprisingly, there's a fantastic Sichuan restaurant hidden inside! The Mao Xue Wang (a spicy Sichuan dish) was absolutely amazing! The pictures above show their signature dishes. I heard that because their chef also eats at restaurants, the ingredients are definitely top-notch. Other dishes included lamb soup (a must-order for skiers looking to recharge), lamb skewers, fried tofu, and wasabi shrimp balls (a hidden menu item). Every dish was delicious, again thanks to the high-quality ingredients!

As a seasoned traveler, this guesthouse was, without a doubt, the most satisfying accommodation I booked throughout my entire Xinjiang trip. All four of us were absolutely thrilled upon checking in. The room's overall design features the traditional wooden cabin structure of Hemu, but internally, it's incredibly modern in every aspect you can imagine. From the integrated shower room and fully automatic toilet to the graphene heaters that connect to the Mi Home app, the vintage fireplace, and the Laifen hairdryer, everything strongly demonstrates the guesthouse owners' deep understanding of high-quality living. The guesthouse's own restaurant, no exaggeration, boasts flavors and a variety that easily rival any 'must-try' restaurant in a big city. It's truly worthy of being the guesthouse chosen by celebrity Esther Yu! You can come here in any season to escape the city and heavy work while still enjoying a high-quality lifestyle. It's a great guesthouse worth experiencing multiple times. I particularly want to commend Sister Reziya, the Trip.com operations manager and also the guesthouse's head housekeeper. She is reliable and down-to-earth, providing pickup and drop-off services in a Tank 300 throughout our stay. When she heard we wanted to drink but couldn't have beer, she even gave us a bottle of her cherished red wine. The location is good, and it is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation. The floor heating is sufficient and very warm. The humidifier in the room saved us from coming from the south. The customer service front desk was also very responsible and helped to move the luggage. Overall, I am quite satisfied. The only problem is that the bathroom has little water storage, which is a bit awkward if many people go to the bathroom in a short period of time. Also, I personally feel that there is only one mirror on the sink, which is a bit too few. You can consider adding a full-length mirror. (Picture 1 is a photo taken from the bedside window.
