We stayed one night on way to upper Minnesota and it was delightful. Everything was as planned and the staff was outstanding. Breakfast was one of best I have ever had. Beds are comfy and lines crisp. We were very pleased its was clean and fresh.

My wife and I needed to be in South Minneapolis for a few days on a combination of pleasure and business. Generally we have decent luck with Marriott properties. Not here. The hotel was over run with kids who were in town for a sports tournament. The parents allowed them to run (literally run) up and down the hallways banging on random doors - all the while the parents setup "shop" in the parking lot drinking and talking. When brought the issue to hotel's management - they simply said "Tournament season is our bread and butter and we pretty much let them have the run of the place." Never again.

Great location; not up to standards of most Fairfield hotels. We were there for 3 days and no housekeeping service. Were told someone would come every other day, but because our Do Not Disturb sign was on door at 9 am when maid walked by, she didn't come back and went home at noon ( check out time). Talked to manager next day and was told if we wanted housekeeping during our stay, it's our responsibility to tell the front desk. As a Marriott rewards member for years and years, I have never had to do this at any hotel. Eventually we were given one free night so manager tried to make it right, but if this is their policy, they need to tell guests. Hotel room carpeted floors are filthy. Walked around in bare feet and they were completely black. Hotel needs some upkeep. Loud drilling at 10:00 am on windows beside us. Guess that's how they make sure you're awake and out of the room early.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious & clean. We were in the front of the hotel which was quiet. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Monty who was in charge of breakfast did a fantastic job & made sure we had plenty to eat (even if we were running a few minutes late). Nice selection for breakfast.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Minnesota area. From the check in, my stay, to the check out. Extremely thank you to Front Desk: Brittany, Mike, Jerry. Laundry: John, Housekeeping: Melissa and Tweety, CBA Monty, he makes sure you have plenty to eat

The Burnsville location has incredibly friendly staff, ready to help at any hour. We stayed 5 nights and got great service from everyone. The breakfast was delicious with lots of healthy choices. The hotel is clean and cheerful. We felt so refreshed after a swim in the poll and soak in the hot tub. Really value the kindness toward the environment they have by doing away with the small bottle soap / shampoo/ conditioner and providing with large dispensers in the shower. Location is wonderful; close to shopping, parks, skiing, and a variety of restaurants. Check in and out went smoothly. Can't wait to come back!
