We had our 2nd visit here in April and once again had an amazing stay! From start to finish every staff member was welcoming and helpful, it is clear to see how much they enjoy working there. The spa has had an extensive refurbishment since our last visit which is outstanding and feels like almost double the size it used to be. We had lunch in the spa, dinner in Bertrams and breakfast in the hotel. All meals were incredible and of a high quality. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Visited on a couples package which included spa day abd overnight stay in the hotel. Spa was fantastic and the new extension was beautiful. A minor gripe was the Jacuzzis in this area were on timers which you couldn't override and took a long time to come on. The hotel is terrific, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean and the comfiest bed ever! We had our evening meal in Wilfreds and the food was great, minor gripe was the cocktails, very expensive and I didn't enjoy mine. Breakfast in orangery was lovely start to the day. Can't wait to visit again, highly recommended 👌

As 2 friends celebrating our big birthday’s . We booked a night spa break with treatment’s . On arrival we had a very warm friendly welcome from Rudolf , who latter took us to the spa in the buggy. All staff were friendly and very attentive . The spa is a wonderful experience. Had pizza in rooftop bar, and main meal in Wilfred’s restaurant , all very nice and excellent service . This was a birthday treat which has given us precious memories . Thank you

We first walked in to Crow Wood back in February 2024 to attend a wedding fair and decided from our first visit that this was the place we wanted to get married. Meeting Jody, our wedding planner and life saver, started our journey to the most amazing wedding. So many people have told me how perfect the day was and how amazing the venue was. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were amazing. Crow Wood was a magical place where dreams definitly do come true. I just wish I could do it all over again this weekend!! The setting, the food, the staff, the rooms were perfect there isn't one thing I would have changed.

We were a group that f 6 friends using the hotel and spa overnight. From the minute we arrived the whole experience was organised and professional. We were lucky with the weather so we used the roof top area outside and ate delicious pizzas there The spa is excellent on a par if not better than rudding park and the messages and facials all got a thumbs up. The evening meal was fantastic and there were no faults and dislikes at all the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast was also very good. We would all definitely return and would recommend without doubt we did this off secret escapes and got a very good price total value for money we will be back
