We visited the Oyster Smack last weekend with two friends who hadn’t been before, and we were all really impressed. The service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. The new menu additions were fantastic—especially the prawn toast, which was a real standout! We’ve already booked to return for the May bank holiday to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday. Highly recommend to everyone!

Food delicious, staff attentive all the time. Could not fault the evening perfect. Will continue to use the restaurant we have been on our own and with our family. You get what you pay for.Would recommend to others. Cannot wait to go back. Thank you Oyster Smack

Great choice on the a la carte, fixed price menus and specials boards. Delicious food with lovely service in relaxed and attractive surroundings. All five of us really enjoyed our lunches. We're looking forward to our next visit already. Thank you.

We had a lovely extended family Easter lunch and despite arriving for a booking mid afternoon, the staff managed to make us feel very welcome and we were neither rushed nor ignored. There was a good ambiance and enough buzz even later in the day. Hearty appetites were well catered for with the enormous carvery portions and those of us who were less hungry enjoyed the delicious skate. I’m sure we will be back.

We had the most amazing time. The staff are very good very professional and intensive. The food was delicious,full of flavour and perfect portions. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Burnham on crouch. Try the Maldon oysters as a treat before the meal you will not be disappointed.

The Oyster Smack is in Burnham on Crouch, Station Road. We had a lovely lunch, very filling. The food was great and the service was very good too. I would recommend the Oyster Smack for a relaxing meal and good service. They have a good wine list and a very decent beer selection.

Family of 5 get together for lunch on Sunday, we all had a different choice and really enjoyed each meal. The service was excellent, happy smiley staff, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be going back. We asked for a quiet area near a wall for mum who is 93 and has problems hearing, we got exactly what we asked for. Thank you for a lovely experience. Mum actually comes quite regularly with other family and friends and it is her favourite eatery in Burnham.
