Three night stay to visit local nature reserves all within walking distance. One of the best UK hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms are great, big and comfortable with good facilities. WiFi works well enough to stream anything (for me important football match) if you need to. Staff are brilliant. The food in the restaurants for dinnar is exceptionally good. Breakfasts are also very good. Will definitely be returning.

I cannot praise this place enough. We stayed here for two nights for my friend wedding. From the moment we arrive the warmth and welcome from the staff here was palpable. There was nothing that was any issue for them and they were able to anticipate the needs of their guests. We stayed in one of the rooms at the bath of the hotel. It was so cosy, with underfloor heating, comfortable bed and local amenities in the bathroom which I love. The food was top notch, from a lovely breakfast to the wedding dinner and canapes, the smell floating around the hotel let you know you were going to be in for a treat. Back to the staff! The morning of the wedding I joined my friend in the hot tub out the back of his room looking out over Norfolks countryside, the housekeeping staff noticed me walking to his cabin and 2 minutes later arrived with extra towels, bathrobes and water. And finally, I would like to mention Sam who took care of a bunch of rowdy Irish wedding goers and nearly became a part of our function, from welcoming the bride and groom into the room, to ensuring there was never an empty glass in the room . Thank you. I would highly recommend Titchwell manor for a wedding or for a couple of relaxing days away (especially if you have a dog).

Whilst we had a pleasant stay, there were a couple of issues. Our room we stayed in had only just been cleaned when we arrived and the bathroom floor had been left with a lot of water on the floor. As we were unable to use the bathroom we tried to dry it off with some tissues. Well the tissues we used were filthy after wiping the floor in just a small area!! We took this to reception and showed the receptionist and it was immediately attended to. The room was extremely dusty quite thick in places and the coffee machine was also dirty. We had an evening meal which was quite good, but never were we asked if our food was ok or if there was anything else they could get us. Had to ask twice for water. It also totally lacked any atmosphere, a t light candle or something was needed on tables especially in the evening. We stayed for 2 nights and on checking out the lady on reception didn't even ask had we enjoyed our stay. In fact she really didn't say anything. We feel for the prices that are charged at this hotel the standards should be much higher.

One night away, live in Suffolk but wanted sometime on Norfolk coast. Upgraded when we got there, lovely room, excellent comfy bed with good pillows. Shower was best I’ve ever had in a hotel, hot water as much as you needed. Breakfast was great. So much choice. Service good, everyone friendly. Only one small thing, the car charging was £10 and did take a long time to put a small amount, so never got a full top up. Other hotels I’ve stayed in don’t charge you.

We stayed here for two nights, our room was quite small but beautifully clean and had everything you need, thought the lighting could have been a bit brighter but a small thing. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, we ate here one evening and found our food a little salty, but quite delicious . Good selection of breakfast food, lots of fruit and cereals and also cooked and veggie options, the porridge was a little disappointing but I was able to enhance it with cherry compote. There is an excellent hourly bus service from quite close to the hotel to Wells and Holkham and further. All in all an excellent stay!

Don't be fooled by the look from the outside on the main road. Great food , good location, really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of different types of rooms. Very clean and tip top facilities within room. Good deco. Lots of parking close to outlying rooms

We didnt actually stay here but we were reccomended to eat there by a man who owns a business in Burnham Market. We wanted to eat in the restaurant and enquired if they could accomodate us. A very unwelcoming man told us hotel guests came first which we understood. We asked if we rang later and the restaurant wasn't full could we have a table. It was a no in a very emphatic voice. I was a Hotelier and would say this is very bad business and not wahat you would expect to hear.

Stayed 4 nights and on the whole it was a good experience. We had stayed here once before so new the surroundings etc. We were given room 1 which was fine, clean, with plenty of wardrobe and dresser storage for clothing. The bathroom was tastefully furnished. The downside was the roller blind in the bathroom which was almost permanently closed when we were using the room as the bathroom was overlooked. A venetian blind would have been easier than the roller blind and we would have had more light in the bathroom, as it was we felt like mushrooms growing in the dark at times! Breakfast was good with plenty of choices on the menu. We enjoyed evening meals on 2 occasions which were tasty though maybe slightly overpriced. Having said that we ate at 2 other establishments and prices were similiar. To sum up we had a good 4 days stay to enjoy the travelling length of the North Norfolk coast and what it has to offer, which is plenty!
